I made the painting, had it framed and handed it over to my wife. Some months later when we visited her friend I saw the painting and asked her if I could have it back to make some few modifications as I felt it wasn´t complete, a request to which she agreed.
Those modifications involved eventually adding holes in the canvas, breaking the frame and covering both in a sort of greenish sludge with some additional highlights in red, along with a new hanging chain, so that it had completely changed and was unrecognizable from the original. I was quite happy with how it had turned out, nevertheless my wife´s friend refused to accept it back.
